Hi-desertdog LLC is a gunsmithing machine shop that has 30 years of experience doing serious gunsmithing and manufacturing of firearms and firearm parts. We build new barrels for various firearms (FN,10/22,21A etc) we do threaded pistol conversion kits, threaded accessories, quality manufacture and tuning. We also thread customer supplied barrels to your required size and pitch, including metric and inch, right and left hand threads, even acme types. All threading is done in a lathe with threads centered to rifle bore to prevent baffle strikes. Hi-desertdog is proud to be a authorized distributor for the great Green Mountain barrel line and we do these in standard or threaded versions. Barrels we build for rimfire and centerfire weapon systems like our PS90, FS2000 and Scar16 etc are built from hand picked Green Mountain and E.R. Shaw rifled blanks. We sold several hundred threaded barrels on Ebay before the ban and have 100% positive feedback rating there under username Hi-desertdog. We now list on Gunbroker.com under username Hi-desertdog. Our facility at Staunton Ranch Nevada incorporates private 1000+ meter rifle and 100 meter pistol ranges for testing our products (sometimes we have to wait for the Mule Deer and Antelope to get out of the way). This way we can tweak things and know the products are top notch before they are available for sale. Better we iron out any bugs before you get them. Hi-desertdog LLC does a lot of work for Gunshops, Firearm dealers, Distributors and LEO, but we adhere to a strict privacy policy so every job is kept private at our end and is not for discussion with third parties. We do not export out of the United States but can ship to Canada through a Canadian distributor we supply.
