CHECKOUT HELP/PROBLEMS

Shopping and checkout instructions

Browse store categories and view products, select which items you want by clicking "ADD TO BASKET" then you may start the checkout process or choose to "Continue Shopping". After shopping, checkout by clicking on "VIEW BASKET"  in the Shopping Basket  box at the top left of the page, then click on "CONTINUE" .   Now just follow the choices and instructions until you're done.

NOTE ; after typing in your personal info and the security code in step 3 , make sure you check the Box below that says you have read the terms and conditions, then you will be able to proceed.

 

Problems     In some instances if you go to checkout and the basket keeps showing up empty , all items that were in it are gone or the contents change.  This is a cookie problem in some browsers so go into your "Network and Internet connections" click on "Internet Options" , in the "Temporary internet files" section click on "Delete cookies" and all should work fine.   If problem persists then change your browser (eg. swap Mozzilla Firefox to Internet Explorer), try again.
