We make a reasonable effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.  Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.

Orders can  be placed at our online store or for special orders by email, phone and Fax. Check your state and local laws before ordering, some items we sell are restricted in certain jurisdictions. By ordering, the buyer certifies that he/she has checked all state and local laws and can legally buy and own the item.

By purchasing Hi-desertdog LLC products you release us from any and all legal liability, and assume any and all responsibility for their safe installation and usage. You retain any and all responsibility for your own actions . We reserve the right to refuse any orders for any reason.

When mailing a payment, please notify us by email at this address ( sales@hi-desertdog.com), that the payment is being mailed. Also include a copy of the order form with the payment. 

We do not ship or accept orders outside of the United States.

Returns & Exchanges:

Hi-desertdog has a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If our product does not meet your expectations, return it for a refund or exchange within seven (7) days of delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable and we can not accept returns on special order items. All returns must be in new, unused, and saleable condition. Ship the item back to us, fully insured, using UPS ground or USPS mail, no express or overnight etc unless you pay for it. Items that have been modified or altered cannot be returned. Please include a copy of the original invoice with the item. Returns can be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
